Kim, president and owner, founded Therapy Services Associates to meet the rehabilitation needs of Lea County, New Mexico, and surrounding areas.

She is a General Practitioner who provides orthopedic and pediatric services. Prior to the opening of Therapy Services Associates, Kim was the director of Physical Therapy at Lea Regional Hospital in Hobbs, New Mexico, from 1979 - 1985. As member of the New Mexico Physical Therapists' Licensing Board from 1986 - 1992, she also acted as President of that organization from 1988 – 1992.  Reappointed to the Board in 2002, Kim now serves as Vice President.  She has held various offices at the state level for the American Physical Therapy Association, including secretary, president, council member, and chairman of the Southeastern District.  She currently serves on the Nominating Committee.

Locally, she belongs to Rotary International. Kim's husband, Ed, is the Lovington High School Band Director. She is the mother of Eric and Amy, and teaches children's Sunday School. In her leisure time, Kim enjoys swimming, playing piano, scrap booking, and sponsoring the High School Flag Team.
